I am getting my hair cut in two weeks (and two days) and I am scouting out some options. I daily resist the urge to grab spencer's electric razor/trimmer and shave my head, knowing that self-inflicted haircuts never work out. I have also come to the realization that Zooey bangs are not for me. Sad. I'm thinking something between a bob and a bunch of edgy layers that look like a self-inflicted haircut, without the remorse. Here are some ideas:
the beautiful mandy moore. I don't have her face shape, but I think this could work:
maggie gyllenhaal. Can I please be her?
(and can I please have this dress?!?)

I actually saw that picture when it came out and it's what made me want to grow my hair out in the first place. I think I'm operating under the assumption that if I cut my hair like her, I will vicariously absorb her cool sophistication.
Kirsten Dunst.
She also has a heart shaped face (I'm more like Liv Tyler; several people have told me I look like her), but I think it could work. Maybe I will print this out and take it with me on August 6th. "Please, Stevie, make me look like a hollywood starlet."
If anyone could do it, stevie could.
My vote is for the Mandy Moore one, but you could probably rock the first three easy. Would you dye your hair blonde for #4?

lol! You commented on my blog! I feel so loved! I think the mandy moore one is actually shorter than my current hair, but I will totally do that whenever I can't control myself and have to cut it short again! I would love to try to dye my hair blonde, but I just don't think it'd work for me! Sigh...
